- Bel Étage, One of three gated communities in the rolling hills of the Santa Fe Valley, Bel Étage was built between 2000 and 2003 by the family-owned San Diego company, ColRich. The community’s 97 one- and two-story homes, prized for their convenient and scenic location, have extremely low turnover. Bel Étage is served by three schools in the Poway Unified School District: Los Peñasquitos Elementary, Bernardo Heights Middle (a California Distinguished School) and Rancho Bernardo High School. Residents can also enjoy the nearby parks and hiking/biking trails of Black Mountain Ranch and San Dieguito River Regional Park as well as the shopping and dining at adjacent 4S Ranch.offer ample space for homes that range from 4,400 to 5,600 square feet as well as lovely grounds that may include swimming pools, cabanas and gracious patios. - Ivy Gate is an established gated neighborhood of 66 gracious estate homes that rarely come on the market. Built in 2005 by Woodbridge Homes on lots ranging from 13,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet or more, the community is located just west of Oak Valley Middle School and is scenically sited at the foot of Black Mountain. There are four floor plans – two single-story and two two-story – each designed with materials and finishes selected for maximum luxury. Many Ivy Gate homes have swimming pools and some have views.
