  • Bel Étage, One of three gated communities in the rolling hills of the Santa Fe Valley, Bel Étage was built between 2000 and 2003 by the family-owned San Diego company, ColRich. The community’s 97 one- and two-story homes, prized for their convenient and scenic location, have extremely low turnover. Bel Étage is served by three schools in the Poway Unified School District: Los Peñasquitos Elementary, Bernardo Heights Middle (a California Distinguished School) and Rancho Bernardo High School.
