Buyer hot take!
You’re not going to like this, BUT...I actually think it’s a great time to be a buyer.
Hear me out:
Over this past 3 years, buyers have had to purchase under duress, where they are literally seeing a property on their phone and they have to get there, write the offer well over the asking price, and wave all contingencies...all in the span of hours!
This leaves one out of five people wishing they had made a different decision.
Yes, there is less inventory but there’s still plenty of opportunity.
